That is the folder where downloaded subtitles are stored. By default, BSPlayer searches for subtitles in movie folder or in movie folder\subs.
It does not search in other folders. To do that you must specify that in subtitles preferences (right bottom corner) the folder in which BSPlayer should search for subtitles. Click the browse button and then add.
