in preferences-->video
try to change overlay mode from 1 to 2 or even switch to no overlay and "force RGB mode"
I run in RGB mode with a Geforce1 and it's fine for me ;)
Someone reported on neodivx's forum that disabling twinview could solve this. Someone else also related that changing drivers could help (he said "if you have trouble with nvidia drivers, try those of your adapter manufacturer; if you have trouble with the manufacturer drivers, try nvidia's" ;) )
