They work only when the Overlay Mixer is used and the colors are set at very strange values afterwards. :( (Overlay Mixer is never used by BSPlayer though.... but ZoomPlayer can use it so I know what happens)
The VRM9 color controls never worked although I have DX9.0a, an ATi Radeon 9700 Pro and Catalyst drivers... so, I never expect it to work... :) |
From build 498 HW color control will work if Overlay mode is enabled (and if supported by card). There is no need for overlay mixer (but in overlay mode 2, overlay mixer is used). For VMR9 I'm not sure, Radeon 9700 should support color controls.
