When I was discovering subtitles, I did think same way like you.
The problem with that, is you need to adjust it every time over again.
Every time when someone comes to your house to watch a movie,
you need to adjust the subtitles.
If you are using SubSync, you only need to synchronisize it once.
Then you can save the correct subtitle file. :D
