I might found what causing 0xc00009a error. Its non page pool memory that reachs its maximum, so changing value to "1" in LargeSystemChache:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Session Manager\Memory Management\LargeSystemCache
and change value to "3" in Size:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\LanmanServer\Parameters\Size
Restart computer after changes.
This helped me,and i dont get error anymore. I hope this help!
