If section
[Display] is missing in SkinFS.ini, made the Full screen skin to appear nullify the Skin.ini "MaxTitleWidth" effect.

I think I've discovered the cause of the Horizontal (maybe also Vertical) Volume Button problem. Mentioned problem occours only when there are visible pixels which have CoordinateX=0 (It means it occours if the first left column is not filled only with the color of pixel(0,0)).
