left and right sides

hy guys in have an problem i have some movies in Side by side 3d but wen i play them with the hdmi linked to my sony bravia 46inch
the left side and right side have an deformation i cant see the 3d well it apears more that 3 images in the 3d glases some of my friends told me that the same apend to them is there any way to fix that
