Problem using old BST skin

I always loved the original BST skin (the plain grey one). When I use this skin in the new 1.0 versions of BSPlayer there is however one, very annoying problem: the skin doesn't show the 'exit-button'. It's just a white square at the place where the 'x-button' should be. It's non-clickable too so that I must close through other slower options. Is there any way to solve this problem??

BTW, I noticed that the volumeslider is gone also... What's the problem here?
