Smaller Skin In FullScreen Not Appearing

I have BSPlayer ver 1.02 Build 812, 14 Sep 2004. When in Full Screen Mode I used to move the cursor to the bottom of the screen and a smaller version of the skin I was using would pop up.

Now I cannot get that to occur. Any advice? I have no other problems with any of the skins I use.

Try this.

Preferences>Skins>

Disable the checkboxes.

Or else, perhaps the skin you choose doesnÂ´t have full screen skin.

My settings are correct, as your picture showed, it has only happened with the latest update of BSplayer.

Also, the skins do have fullscreen skins, they would not show and that is when I knew something was wrong.

I used an updated version of the skin that would not show the mini fullscreen bar. The skin had been updated.

I opened old and newer BSPlayer skin files and they are different. So as the player evolves not all the older skins will be able to come along for the ride, unless they are updated.

It would be nice if the player could make the change and allow older skins to fully function.

Some say they worry about missing functions on the player because there
is not a coresponding button. But some skins have always been like that.

Buttons for a particular function not included because that is how the Skinner intened his/her skin to be.

I guess we either need BSPlayer to upgrade to accomodate all skin versions or the Skinners, the Artists themselves, will have to update their
skins so they continue to function with the new and newer versions of BSPlayer.
