No subtitles on TV with HW mod enabled

Hi.

I have little problem. When i have conected my SGNote to the big TV via MHL reduction, i have no subtitles on the TV, on the phone screen the subtitles are normaly visible. Its only when HW mode is enabled, when i switch to SW mode, suptitles are on the TV too, but video playback is very laggy. Do somebody know, how to fix it? I have the free version of BS and stock ICS 4.0.4... Thx
