Blankscreen on .ts files since Android 4.3

Hello Devs,

I'm using a SAT/IP Server to stream live TV, always played flawlessly. Since my Galaxy S4 got an upgrade to Android 4.3 it does not play anymore. The loading Circle is shown forever.

HW and HW experimental for 4.1+ gave the same result.
While in SW mode it is working but the playback is not fluent.
Doesn't matter if it is a recording played locally or streaming.
