Please help, I have 2 problems...

Hello everyone, I have 2 problems when using BS.Player:
1. When I see a movie with subtitles the player, whenever I pause/play or forwarding/rewinding, the player will show 2 frames changing alternately for a few seconds, making it look like a shaking or spasm... But it doesn't happen when there are no subtitles. How to fix it? and what made the problem in the first place?

2. This problem is not with the player, but I have no idea where to turn. For some movies that I watch in the player, there's a problem that when I rewind, no matter how, it will not go to the place it should go but to a specific time (for example the 4th second) and it will always be that specific time. When I watch those movies on my DVD player the movie will crash at that specific moment (the 4th second). I tried using an avi fixing program (DivFix) and after I used it, the result was an avi file that ended at the specific time (a 4 seconds movie). Of course it's not always 4 seconds, it varies. When I use WMP it sometimes shows only audio, or doesn't show certain video moments and I have no idea how to fix it. Please help me, what to do?

I use vista 32, the newest version of BS.player and I have the most updated graphics driver.
I would appreciate any help, and if something is not clear, please ask, I really have no idea what to do. Thanks.
