"Always on Top Ovr Mode" Inconsistent with Playlis

I've found that when using the Playlist, when one video switches to the next one in the list it doesn't remember the "Always on top Ovr Mode".

This is a consistent problem even with any of the various options to remember the video settings withing the "General" and "Video" sections of the Preferences.

Hopefully this bug report will help and can be fixed :-)
