No sound in Windows 7

I've installed Windows 7 and my BS Player after installation does not display subtitles (downloaded online).
If I change compatibility mode (Windoes Vista SP2) it does display subtitles but there is not sound at all.

Can anyone help me please?

What happens if you change rendering methode from options -> preferences -> video -> rendering methode ?
Now, it's default as EVR. Change to internal renderer or VMR9.
