subtitle bug?

I'm not sure for this...i have latest version of bsplayer 2.57.1045B and i found .srt subtitle (central european) but saved as utf-8 (all my subs are saved in ANSI) and when i play it with bs i can't see the special characters like "Š" "ž", etc... i tried with another player (kmplayer) and everithing is fine.

Here is the subtitle, please check it maybe i'm wrong.
