BS player cant be default Every time I restart my pc, files associated with bs player switch back to some other player. now its winamp but when i uninstall winamp its wmp. i tried reinstalling both and nothing. im using 64bit win7 |
BS.Player version and build nrs? Did you install BS.Player with default settings? If you change some setting, does it "stick" (after having closed and re-opened BS.Player)? Perhaps "Register extensions on player start" is selected under (rightclick >) Options > Preferences > General > Filetypes ? Anyhow, I also suspect this may well be an UAC-issue. All required (writing) rights & privileges for BS.Player are OK? |
seems to be fixed for now. ive set all the file types to be opened with bs player but i remember doing this before so i will see how this works |
