What can I do? Thanks for your time. |
Can you upload a small sample ? I've downloaded some .rmvb file but working fine here using RealMedia Alternative (stand alone instalation, no codecpacks). |
Unfortunatelly I only have big files. Don't you know what may cause this error? |
Usually, that message pops up when there is no splitter in the system that BSPlayer can recognise and use. Maybe you can send me a PM with a download link.... |
I've always and consistently advised against using codec packs! What OS are you running and what version/build-number of BS.Player are you using? As a purchaser of Pro-version you're entitled to get direct e-mail support by BS.Player team. You can contact them overhere: www.bsplayer.com  |
I'm using Windows XP x84 SP3 Ok, I'll be contacting them. |
