Double click on and off fullscreen gives me trouble.

When I double click to enter fullscreen then exit it and then enter it again the size of the fullscreen vid gets smaller. A few on and offs and eventually minimizes to 0 and my full screen is nothing but pitch black. NO fullscreen picture is ok.

What do I do now - my full screen is empty?

That happened before but I thought it was gone when I updated the player to 2.57

Well at least we know it gets resolved when I uninstall, clear the leftovers and reinstall again.

If you don't know what it is and it happens again I might as well give you remote acess to the machine to find out.

In the mean time keep in mind this has been around for a long time.

You might as well put a master defaults reset button, most descent programs have it so you don't have to reinstall to get factory settings.

I see you still havent fixed the custom icon controlls and the option is unusable.
If you aren't going to fix that at least please make BSPlayer STOP changing my icons.
I work with vids and its a real pain in the ass when your player messes up my fine tuned icons without permission.

About the fullscreen problem, I can't reproduce it. Can you upload your BSplayer.xml file?
Read BSPeter's Help2Help FAQs to know where to find it.
If you need remote access I think it's possible.. How, with TeamViewer would be ok?

Anyway, the next time, you can simply delete this file (BSplayer.xml) instead of uninstalling the whole application.
I think I already suggested a Factory settings button some year ago
It's definitely a must have feature

About ICON's settings, also this has already been reported. Hope this will be fixed soon (it's there from years now...)

When it strikes again I will pickup the thread and pm you.

Yeah I already have teamviewers allover the place.
