BSplayer v086493: Unhandled exception at EIP: 004974D8

When loading an *.ogm movie file I get this error:

Access violation at address 004974D8 and further details.

Ignoring this I still cann see the movie play, however there's only the current time displayed not the movie-timer.

Anybody an idea what causes this problem. Btw. my platform is Win98SE
