unhandled exception
 

please help.....i downloaded a file and tried to play it on bsplayer and it gave me the following message and stopped. how can i solve this problem?

further to my above question,

i can play the same file on bsplayer in another computer.....it means that there is something wrong with the setting of bsplayer in my computer....can somebody help?

upgrade your bsplayer...

last version is 0.86.494 and corrects this bug with divx5.0.3 and above

guess your other computer has this bsplayer version or an older version of the divx decoder
