Still problems with sync

Hi ppl. I still have problems with the synchronisation of video and audio... No matter what I do, the sound always runs at a different speed and not parallel to the videostream.

I'm afraid this problem increased since I bought my new soundcard, a Terratec DMX 6fire LT

Can anybody PLEASE help me...
