30fps video forced into 50fps

bsplayer version - 2.63, pro version, build 1071 on i5 2500k with nVidia GTX460, windows 7 pro x64

I was using the 2.54 version for some time now and hadn't had any problem

today I decided to update to 2.63 and now some media which was rendered out at 30fps is forced played at 50fps or even 60fps for some reason

this causes the playback to be laggy, note that when played on windows media player it works fine

I tried rollbacking to 2.54 and it's still the same

I have to release some videos in the near future and I can't stand to watch these drafts on windows media player :frown: the videos are all XviD encoded btw, pre-encode they were huffyuv

hope someone will care enough to find a solution to this..excuse the double post

Already tried latest version?

yes I've tried that as well..my only guess would be it is because of this "EVR renderer"

the first time I open bsplayer after a fresh install it gives me this warning saying

"Overlay is not compatible with Aero. Switching to EVR renderer. You can still switch manually to overlay rendering (under Options - Preferences - Video - Video rendering tab)."I don't remember having this warning back when the videos were all fine..I don't even use an Aero theme

I also tried playing those videos on kmplayer and vlc and they work fine..but I only like bsplayer

So, swich back to internal renderer.

and how do you do that?

Rightclick -> options -> preferences -> video , go to video rendering TAB and select from drop-down box.

I tried it, it's not that laggy anymore which is great but it's not the same as the other videos :(
