VMR-9 - dont display OSD Messages

in Latest build (exe only) 200307071114 BSplayer dont display any OSD Messages in VMR-9 mode. In build 499 and first nightly built 500 it works fine.

But the video palyback slowdown on right-klick menu was solved.
