some times the my xvid movies (DVD rip!) are shaking. it looks like it's made with a cam hold in hand but much worse. anything?

Same here. The last 2 fansubs from Live-Evil for Yawara are Xvids and they are shaky when I use Bsplayer. they run fine in DIVX player (2.1) but are just as shaky in Windows media player 7 and RealOne player.

Update
I got a newer XVID thing and the shaky video problem is no more.
I used this one.

It could be a conflict between codecs, try to uninstall all your codecs, and install one at a time and see what works, the K-Lite full pack is very good, I have try it myself, sometime it works with media player, and sometine with BS, I´ve also seen my screen go totally green, when trying to play a movie.
