video won't open

i bought a new computer and installed bsplayer , when i want to open a video it only opens the bs player command bar and not the movie window... [ music works...]

Operating system ?
Did you install requiered codecs when installing ?
If you run codecmanager.exe from BSPlayer install folder, does it show installed codecs ?
