start of next avi in playlist kills icq

I have ICQ 2003a 3800 and ISS BlackIce Server Protection 3.6 running (both with tray icon).

When playing 2CDs movie using playlist, the start of second avi kills icq and blackice. I have more programs in tray bar, no other is affected. It happens only when running in fullscreen.

Some system info: Win XP SP1, BSplayer 0.86b500, nVidia drivers 6.14.0010.4467, DirectX 9.0b

Anyone can reproduce this problem?
