This could have something to do with your version of Direct-X.

Let's first make sure you've got BSPlyers's latest version, i.e. build (i.e. 501 of Sep 6)!
If your version is pre-build 500: first install 500 http://www.bsplayer.org/dlfile.php?s...lay086.500.exe
If build 500 is installed please place the substituting files of build 501 http://www.bsplayer.org/dlfile.php?fname=bsplay.zip in BSPlayer's installation directory, overwriting/replacing the existing files).

Question: Do those movie-files play in e.g. Windows Media Player?
