ripple effect/lagging when watching film using tv out ?!?
 

Hi
I am using: winXP and Radeon 9100, fast computer, 10 meter s-video cabel,
bsplayer 0.86 build 500. k-lite codec pack.

When watching a movie on the TV I can see an unusual effect. During a fast panning of the camera I can see something like a ripple effect. The top half of the display will seems slightly behind the bottom half.
Has anyone had a similar experience and can maybe suggest some config changes that might help?

also vsync option is turned off (openGL) and the file is played from the hard drive.
