2 Bugs - AVI, Skins
 

I cannot play AVI files with my BS. Why is that?

Whenever I play them, there is audio, but the video is all green and has horizontal lines crossing the video screen. Almost like a VCR that needs tuning.

I also have problems with the skins.

None of the Skins that came with the program work, and neither does the one I downloaded. Whenever I try to switch skins, I get error messages.

Can anybody help me remedy this?

First upgrade your BSPlayer to the newest version, i.e. "Build 501, 16 Sep. 2003".
(See link to downloadpage in the first item of Help to Help hereunder. You only need the installation version this time as the "nightly" build does not represent an upgrade at present)
