somebody hel me please!! i cant see my movies!! =0(

hello!!
when i open a movie.. bsplayer shows me: unknown format (div4)
what can i do :?: and if i have to download a codec.. where can i find the codec :?:
i can see my movies.. please.. somebody help me!! :oops: :cry:
