Oh, and by the way, i get an inverted picture with the two towers xvid avi file, please help me fix it , please????????????

what version of vobsub are you using ? maybe you should update to a more recent version
I read that people had trouble with bsplayer 499+ and vobsub 2.23 (although I can't think why, I don't)

search the forum with keywords upside and down
it should bring results

btw, xvid has a flip option in the codec properties
