Cannot start BS player
 

Hello!

I've installed BSPlayer 086.501 on my laptop (WIN98SE fresh install, DirectX 8.1, Divx 5.1 codec) and when I run it, it just displays outline filled with light blue color. PC then stops responding - hard reset needed. I've already tried unreg and clearreg, installed player several times - still the same problem. The same BS player runs on my desktop PC without problem. Any ideas?

It's realy annoying - the only player I can use is WMP. Every other player (Nplayer, radlight etc...) freezes - the player starts but I can't see any controls - only the lower portion. I've tried different codecs - Divx 5, ffdshow... Looks like Windows problem. I reinstalled Windows 5 times this week and didn't help :( .
Any ideas?
