ffdshow multiple formats in 0.86 hi I've installed divx codec, xvid codec, ac3 filter, ffdshow and I play my files in bsplayer. the divx/xvid movies play fine but when I play some mpeg music videos it's too blurry, not totally bad, but still, I know i can do better! :) i notice when i right-click on the file and in "properties" it changes from using ffdshow to "mpeg video decoder" , there we have the reduced quality! Is there any way to tell bsplayer to use my newest ffdshow on these mpegs as well? |
There must be an option in ffdshow to assign to mpeg files too. But I sugest elecard decoder. Never had any problem so far. |
reply hi, tried installing elecard and I can see it when I rightclick in bsplayer in properties , but i really don't think the picture's any better. |
OK then. Try assigning the mpeg format to ffdshow. I can't tell you how because I don't use ffdshow. I don't realy needed it. But i'll search for something. |
