When opening an .avi (divx) the folowing message appears:

BSPlayer v0.85.488, Unhandled exception at EIP: 83EC8B55
Application will be terminated.

Running bsplayer on XP Professional.

Try unselecting the dedynamic filter option in "Options\Preferences\Audio".
Then reactivate it when the movie is playing. I had the same problem but now it works!
