voice-noise when subtitle appears

Dear Forum!

I have a problem with BS Player under subtitle display.
When I try to play an avi with subtitle in BS player, it
play, but I hear high freq noise every 0,5-1 second.

I try it with many avi files and try to disable overlay
function, but the problem exist permanently.
(I have NVidia Geforce4 MX440 video card)
