Overlay with Start Menu on left side

I noticed that, when in window mode and with the start menu on the left, there is a black area of the size of start menu in the player window and the image is shifted right outside the window. I have the same problem on two different PC using Windows 2000 sp4, one with ffdshow... Thanks.

Exactly the same here on WinXP with StartMenu on the left, but nothing wrong on my second screen with no menu except the 'ultramon' one which is my dualscreen utility.

Any solution ?

Well, I've got the same problem under WinXP on two different PCs. I tried different settings and codecs but nothing helped.

Anyway, if i start watching my video with the startmenu at the bottom of the screen, then i move it to the left while watching, BSp behaves well.
