My screen captures all turn out black!

Every time I capture an image, it turns out to be nothing else than black :? Can any1 tell me how I could help this?

BSPlayer Preferences-General tab and there is string "convert captured images in software" Try to mark YUY2 formats-box..it helps me...(YV12 formats-box may leave checked as well)
