Jerky playback off of CD
 

I have a problem where the bsplayer seems to work perfectly fine if I play a file off of my HD but when I burn it to a CD I get jerky playback.

I'm using the latest version of the bsplayer (0.85 build 490) and I think that my computer setup should be able to handle playing directly from a CD:

Athlon C 1.4Ghz
512Mb pc2100 @ 266Mhz
GeForce 3 64MB
52x Cd-rom

I am also able to play through Windows Media Player off of the CD without any problems, but obviously would rather use bsplayer.

Any suggestions? I haven't touched any of the settings since I've just started using the bsplayer and decided to start with the defaults.
