How to remove this horizontal white line in windows10?

Other windows versions don't have this problem.

Same problem here.
BSPlayer 2.72, brand new installation of Windows 10.
Did anyone solve it?

Solution:
1) Ctrl+P or (right-click - Options - Preferences)
2) Video
3) Borderless play window
4) Restart OBS
5) You are welcome
