Can't change quality on Youtube

BSPlayer Free v1.32 build 199, Android 4.1.
Video from YouTube opens only at 720p. Changing "Preferred Yotube quality" in the settings has no effect. Is this a bug? I really need 360p.

In previous versions, YouTube videos did not open at all (since may 2019), but in this version this problem was solved.
