My language is messed up?

Hi everyone, I was installing bsplayer on my new pc and during the installation I chose for the language to be in Macedonian, and when I play a video on bsplayer all the characters are messed up, I made sure to download everything the setup said, is there a fix for this?

Windows regional settings -> change date, time or number formats
Select administrative tab -> language for non Unicode programs and select your country. Restart PC.
