YouTube URL Error "Movie size: 0x0"

BS.Player Pro 2.78 Build 1094, 12 December 2022

Any YouTube URL pasted into Open URL returns the error "Movie size: 0x0".

This appears to be a common re-occurring issue that is due to changes in YouTube. Is there a fix for this at the moment?
