dual screen pop-up thingy
 

I have a dual screen setup with the second screen on top of the first. when I put the top screen in full screen mode and move my mouse to the lower screen a popup thingy apears on the lower screen. It would be nice if that pop-up thing could be disabled for those with dual screen displays that require mouse movement from the top to the bottom screen.
