can"t play 4:3 format?

Hi,cant play 4.3 format.Only 16:9 Whats the problem?

Shift+1=Original
Shift+2=16:9
Shift+3=4:3
Load a video file first.

Alternatively you can

(repeatedly) press [A] (=default key, which can be redefined) to cycle through aspect ratios, or
rightclick > Video > Aspect ratio
