BSPlayer v1.00.807, Unhandled exception at EIP: 00411C52

Hi,
I was trying to watch a movie that I got from the net ( .ogm + sperate subtitle file .srt). Up to now I had no problems to watch any of the .ogm's that I feeded to BSPlayer - but this time the player crashed on me. Since I was using RC1 803 I tried the new version 807 but to no avail, still the same problem. Please see the detailed error message below!

Filenames:
The Princess Blade [Strife].ogm
The Princess Blade [Strife].srt

BSPlayer v1.00.807, Unhandled exception at EIP: 00411C52

Hi,

I have the same problem with OGMs and subtitles. You can work around this bug by clicking "continue", not "close", when the error message is displayed. Then you are able to load the subs manually (Ctrl + L); now, when you press the play button and switch to fullscreen, the subs should be displayed.

Nonetheless it would be nice to have this bug fixed in the next version. :)

thanx for the workaround!

In fact when I say "continue" instead of close and then press play I have no picture at all. Following your advice and switching to "full screen" suddenly has the movie playing in front of me. I dont even need to load the subtitles, BSPlayer finds the srt automatically and displays it!!!! Furthermore if you go to the video settings and deactivate the "full screen" now even plays the movie in a smaller resizable window (as it does when bsplayer normally starts). Nonetheless this is quite a bug - and it is not related to the external srt file. If I take away the srt and play only the ogm - bsplayer crashes too. :)

I have the same problem with a YU-classic:

Povratak.Otpisanih.DVD.XviD.(1976).GrimDaemon.ogm

upgrading to build 808 did not help - although BSplayer does not crash, both image and sound were missing.
