v1.00 b810

This bug was fixed only partially.
Bug concerning hour digits was fixed, but seconds bug still exists.

If I enter 00:12:025 it jumps to 00:12:02.
Player shouldn't read leading zero.

Hours and minutes work fine with leading zeroes.

00001:00000040:27 will jump to 01:40:27
but
00001:00000040:0000027 will jump to 01:40:00

I don't use that many zeroes, just proving my point.
Anyway, Jump to time didn't have bug prior to b809.
