BSplayer stops responding (built 810) Hello, fellas. What I've beend doing lately was subtitle adjusting and parallel with subtitle translating and adjusting I keep running the movie in BSplayer with the source of the subtitles. Here's why: because many times some subtitle lines are missing and aren't translated and I want to keep them in my translation, so I really like BSplayer with the FPS showing function in the time area. Okay, this work takes its toll - play/pause every couple of seconds, than rolling back/forward, jumping between progresses ... You know, the things you normally don't do with such player. BSplayer has neat features, but it can't handle this ... I can't play/pause and jump between my open windows and programs without crushing BSplayer every 10 maybe 15 minutes. It just stops responding and I have to kill the process ... This is often happening when pausing the playback, but also happens when seeking/rolling and jumping between running programs. I would really appreciate if BSplayer tech would take this in notice and schedule the issue for the new built 811 as a bug fix. Thanks! Hope you don't mind. |
You may want to try some programs builded especially for that. Like Subtitles Translator http://www.mironto.sk/download.php |
Thanks, but I do use Subtitle Translator, but the video stream doesn't support subtitles showing. |
Sorry, but I don't quite understand. ST can display subtitles on the video window. It is it's main purpose. Did you enabled "Show subtitles under video" ? Have you selected the grid from wich to display subtitles ? |
use Subtitle workshop - http://www.urusoft.net/products.php?cat=sw&lang=1 |
