No play-window with avi's, just audio Hi, Got a strange problem: latest BSplayer (1.00, final) worked just fine, untill it started playing my video files (Xvid's & divX's) as audio files. From one movie after another it seems, it just stopped showing the play window. Tried several files, overlay settings etc. After re-install the player worked fine again, but after viewing a couple of movies it got the same problem again. I'm quite sure I've got the correct codecs (BSplayer did work before, video files work with other players) I installed only the codec's from Nimo's pack I thought I needed, could it be there's a conflict anyway? Thinking about downgrading BSplayer to version 0.86 now. my system: P500, 384RAM, 32mb Radeon 9200SE thanx |
btw: I found other questions about the same problem on this forum. The problem occures with old and new coded avi's and I've got the latest xvid and divx codecs. Maybe I will re-install the latest necessary codec's from non-pack (suggestions? Do you still need old divx codecs fot instance?) Why didn't the old BS-versions give me this problem? mzzl |
