adicoto is on a distinguished road
Default

Language file and the way the subtitles are displayed are two differeny things. Do display corectly the subtitle go to options->preferences->subtitles->fonts and on the SCRIPT select the one for your country (arabic ?).

For a lang file, the easiest way to have one if it does not exists, is to open (with wordpad or notepad) the file "english.lang" from the lang folder, rename-it to Egiptian.lang or arabic.lang or whatever and translate the lines.
