a problem with screen capture option

I have a problem with this option, I can not take any screen cap!! I mean, i do get to record the image, but the picture recorded is a total disaster! i dont really now who to insert images here, but if u let me know i'll show it 2 u I'm trying to attach it to this message, but the image is green and purple, no matter what I want to cap, it always come out as a doble green and purple deformed imaged, what could it be?! one of my mates 's got the bsplayer and it works ok with it... it could'nt be a codec problem couldn't it?

please let me know if anyone knows what the problem could b, :cry:

There are two frame caputre modes, normal and "what you see" have you tried both?

It always can be codec problem...

i had some GREEN issues with xvid. try installing newest xvid codec but i'm not sure...........
